Dubai is set to get another world’s tallest hotel by end of next year setting a new global benchmark for hospitality industry.

Ciel in Dubai Marina, reaching a remarkable height of 365 metres, is a stunning development. The architectural masterpiece is the latest addition to the Marina District world-renowned skyline and The First Group’s largest and most luxurious project to date.

Ciel is well on track to meet its scheduled completion date in the fourth quarter of 2023, with the grand opening scheduled for the first half of 2024.

Designed by award-winning London architect NORR, Ciel features a striking design, contemporary interiors and stunning glass view-deck, which will offer incredible 360-degree views of Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf.

The facility’s impressive rooftop glass viewing platform will make it a magnet for locals and international visitors to the city, promoting the hotel as a unique development in one of the most exciting cities in the world.

This global profile makes Ciel one of the most attractive investment options in our rapidly growing portfolio.

Ciel received awards for Best International Hotel Architecture, Best Arabian Hotel Architecture and Best Highrise Architecture Arabia, at the International Property Awards 2019, which recently moved to London.
