One of the flynas flights in Saudi Arabia, which was heading from Jeddah to Cairo, witnessed a rare event, as it arrived at its destination with an additional passenger after a woman gave birth to a child on the flight.
According to local media, the woman went to labour pain in midair.
The 26-year-old Egyptian passenger gave birth with help of flight crew members and a doctor who was on the flight.
The birth was successful, and the mother and her baby were in good health.
The moment the plane arrived at Cairo International Airport, the ambulance teams examined the condition of the mother and her child, and they were taken to the hospital.
The experts confirmed that child is healthy and the family is excited to welcome their new member.
