With over 30 years of international hospitality experience, Mr. Sarisen began his career aboard luxury cruise ships before holding General Manager positions at renowned hotels in Turkey, Germany, the UAE and Africa. A graduate of hospitality and business programs in Istanbul and Frankfurt, and holder of a Master Certificate from Cornell University, he is recognized for his strategic leadership, operational excellence and commitment to talent development.
Mr. Amr Hassanein, the new Food & Beverage Manager, brings extensive experience across Egypt, Africa, and the MENA region, with a proven track record in fine dining, banqueting and large-scale operations that elevate guest experiences and drive revenue growth.
At the helm of the hotel’s new culinary vision, Chef Erhan Gözen, a Le Cordon Bleu Paris-certified Executive Chef, brings extensive experience from five-star properties across Turkey, Europe and the Middle East. With a Master’s degree in Gastronomy and Tourism Hospitality Management, he is renowned for his sophisticated approach, blending authentic flavors with contemporary presentation.
