Based on the General Civil Aviation Authority’s digital transformation strategy to provide digital services in accordance with the highest international standards and in an ongoing effort to improve its customers journey, the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority has announced the launch of its new & enhanced website with an intuitive user interface.

The new GCAA website is an enhanced digital platform to the world of civil aviation in the UAE. It is distinguished by its new look and digital services. The website also showcases all news, events and magazines issued by the Authority and includes updates on the bylaws and regulation issued by the GCAA.

Users will also be able to use the UAE Pass feature to register, customise their profile, and use the virtual assistant “Saqr.”

The new website provides its users with access to more than 200+ e-services for individuals and organisations, that enhances their journey to complete their transactions seamlessly and without the need to physically visit the GCAA premises.
