The UAE Health Ministry has reduced the validity of green pass status in the AlHosn App to 14 days after a PCR test.
The authorities said, “We inform you today about the decision to update the green pass system in the AlHosn App, where we announce the reduction of the validity period of green pass from 30 days to 14 days, as a precautionary and preventive measure, as this decision aims to ensure the accuracy of the investigation process and encourage periodic checks.”
This will be emphasised on the verification process of the AlHosn App in all places where green pass is applied, with the aim of ensuring the safety and health of everyone.
The experts said that, “Our first line of defense in the UAE has been operating for more than two years without stopping, and thanks to these efforts, the country has achieved global efforts in its response to combating Covid-19, and exemplary management, through which it has topped exceptional centers in reaching the stage of recovery.”
The UAE has also succeeded in achieving its goal in the national campaign for the vaccine by vaccinating and immunizing 100% of the target groups.
