In urgent need of a visa, he joined a real estate firm with no salary—just commission. That’s where everything changed. He began enjoying the challenge of meeting diverse clients, understanding their needs, and finding tailored investment solutions. Promoted to team leader, Shardul discovered his strength in leadership, sales, and strategy. This experience inspired him to launch Green Emerald Real Estate, named for its symbolism of prosperity and peace. And as he puts it, the “holy green emerald” began to work its charm.
A former finance professional, Shardul entered real estate with a single goal—to help people build wealth through smart property investments.
