Dubai’s Most Indulgent Event Returns: Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie is Set to Dazzle at Madinat Jumeirah This September

Dubai’s dessert scene is having a moment and it’s about to get even sweeter. As the city continues to evolve as a regional hotspot for gourmet chocolate, artisanal pastry, specialty coffee and all things indulgent, Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie Dubai is returning for its fourth and most spectacular edition yet.

Running from September 30 to October 2, 2025, at Madinat Jumeirah’s Madinat Arena, the internationally celebrated event is set to bring together professional chocolatiers, pastry chefs, gelato artisans, baristas, home bakers, mixologists and coffee connoisseurs from across the globe. Indeed, the event is set to gather over 7,000 visitors and 120 exhibitors, including premium chocolatiers, boutique gelato makers, date and honey artisans, specialty coffee roasters and ingredient suppliers.

Joumana Dammous-Salamé, managing director of Hospitality Services/HSME, the event organizer, said:“Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie Dubai continues to attract chocolate, pastry, gelato and coffee lovers. This edition is our biggest so far, with a greater number of exhibitors and more opportunities to connect with the best in the industry.”

The three-day celebration kicks off with the much-anticipated Chocolate Fashion Show, where creativity takes centrestage. This year’s theme celebrates“A Sweet Journey Around the Globe”and features14 chocolate gowns crafted in collaboration between master pastry chefs and fashion students from ESMOD Dubai.

Maha El-Khoury, project and sales director at Hospitality Services/HSME, added:“It gives us great pleasure to be back in Dubai for our fourth edition. The program is incredibly rich, with 50 guests, 28 masterclasses and a variety of competitions recognizing local talent.”

From immersive masterclasses to world-class competitions, visitors can enjoy:

  • Choco Demo and Pastry Show: Live demonstrations and workshops with top chefs
  • Coffee in Good Spirits Championship: A thrilling live contest celebrating coffee and spirit pairings, in collaboration with the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), UAE
  • Pastry Competitions: Hosted in partnership with the Emirates Culinary Guild, showcasing talent from Dubai’s leading hotels and pâtisseries
  • Masterclasses: Led by world-renowned chefs revealing behind-the-scenes secrets and next-gen techniques
