The strategic partnership combines AI-native infrastructure, enterprise data intelligence, and localised delivery to enablegovernments and enterprises to seamlessly convert AI from pilot projects into real-world business outcomes.

UAE, Dubai, July 20, 2026—Origen, an Abu Dhabi-based AI-native technology company, and Deepexi, a publicly listed enterprise AI and data intelligence company, announced a strategic partnership at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) 2026 to advance enterprise AI adoption across the UAE and the broader Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

The partnership brings together two highly complementary strengths: Origen contributes AI-native infrastructure, deep understanding of government and enterprise transformation across MEA, and regional delivery capabilities, while Deepexi brings enterprise AI, trusted data intelligence, and AI agent technologies. Together, the companies aim to help governments and enterprises accelerate the transition from AI experimentation to trusted, production-scale deployment while addressing regional operational, regulatory, and long-term business requirements.

Under the partnership, Origen and Deepexi will help governments and enterprises operationalise AI across core business workflows, rather than introducing another standalone AI platform. The collaboration focuses on enabling organisations to deploy AI securely, responsibly, and at scale within existing enterprise environments.

MartinMa, Origen’s Vice President of Ecosystem, said: “As AI adoption accelerates, the next phase will be defined not only by better modelsbut also by better deployment. Organisations demandAI technologies that integrate with real business operations, deliver measurable outcomes, and meet the highest standards of governance. By combining our regional insight and AI-native technology with Deepexi’s enterprise AI capabilities, we are supporting governments and enterprises in building the foundation for long-term AI adoption across the region.”

Organisations will benefit from a unified enterprise data foundation, enterprise AI agents, and natural language analytics that transform fragmented information into real-time operational intelligence. The solutions are designed to accelerate AI deployment, connect enterprise data with AI-powered workflows, simplify enterprise-scale implementation and improve operational decision-making while supporting governance, compliance, and data sovereignty.

This includes Arabic localisation, locally compliant operations, private and on-premises deployment, and integration with leading large models.

LianfeiCao, Executive Director and President of Deepexi’sSales and Service System, said: “Enterprise AI delivers lasting value only when advanced technology is combined with deep industry expertise and strong local execution. Origen’s strong regional presence and proven execution track record make it an ideal partner to help bring enterprise AI solutions to governments and enterprises across the Middle East and Africa. Together, we are committed to delivering practical AI capabilities that create long-term business value.”

Under the partnership, the two companies will jointly develop industry solutions, strengthen local capabilities, and expand customer engagements across the MEA region, with initial deployments expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. The partnershipmarks a pivotal step in the region’s efforts to transform AI ambition into measurable business outcomes for governments and enterprises, through practical, enterprise-ready AI solutions tailored to regional needs.
