Invespy Unveils Broker Hub: Dubai’s Real Estate Game-Changer

Invespy launches the Broker Hub, a first-of-its-kind independent hub for Dubai’s real estate community at Sheikh Zayed Road

Not a brokerage but ecosystem infrastructure: a permanent address where brokers, brokerages and developers access deals, training, content and activation in one place

Dubai, UAE, August 2026: Invespy has inaugurated the Invespy Broker Hub on Sheikh Zayed Road, a permanent space built specifically for UAE’s real estate brokerage community. It is neither a developer sales centre nor a brokerage office, but a neutral base that belongs to brokers themselves.

The Hub is organised around four areas of practical value: Earn, Learn, Create and Grow. Brokers get exclusive project offers, developer previews and live deal opportunities; developer-led project briefings, sales training and sessions with featured speakers; a podcast studio with content creation and marketing support for those building their own audiences; and broker tools, faster commission solutions and roadshow backing. Coworking facilities let brokers use the Hub as a working base between client meetings rather than only for scheduled events.

The same event gave the market a first preview of Invespy’s digital platform, invespy.com, which connects developers directly to the brokers who sell for them, giving brokers off-plan inventory, faster commission payouts and sales support without network fees, and giving developers a structured channel into a market usually reached through scattered outreach.

The Broker Hub is where that platform becomes physical, an address where the same people can meet in person.

The Invespy Broker Hub, much like real estate developments in the UAE, had a pre-launch with a Broker Brunch that brought brokers together with developers and industry leaders. The programme featured Dr. Anand Menon, CEO of Empowered Performance; Anthony Joseph Abou-Jaoude, CEO of Disruptive Real Estate; and Farooq Syed, CEO of Springfield Properties.

“Brokers make transactions happen, and have the ability to create value and velocity to move the real estate economy at large. And, we know that this industry in Dubai is world-class and attracts the biggest and best investors from around the world. Invespy is our attempt at using technology to simplify this process for the broker and accelerate the pace and scale of transactions for them and developers. The Invespy Broker Hub is the physical manifestation of our digital platform.” said Imran Khan, CEO and Founder of Invespy. “We believe brokers work like partners, and operate like mini-entrepreneurs. . Developers have sales centres. Agencies have offices. Brokers have been working out of coffee shops between viewings. The Broker Hub changes that. It is a room they can walk into any day of the week and leave with something useful, whether that is a new project to sell, a skill they wanted to learn, or a conversation with a developer they would not otherwise have had.”

For developers and other real estate stakeholders, the Hub is a direct activation channel into an engaged broker base. Project briefings, launches, previews and training can be run in a room already full of the people who sell.

“We built this in Dubai because Dubai is where the standard gets set,” Khan said. “The ambition is not to open one space. It is to prove a model that works, and then take it to every market where brokers are doing the same job and need acceleration.”
