Trojan Construction and Khalifa University Sign MoU for Talent Development

Trojan Construction Holding and Khalifa University Sign MoU to Advance Talent Development and Industry Academia Collaboration

Two year MoU to advance career readiness, talent development and industry academia collaboration

Abu Dhabi, UAE, 18 August 2026: Trojan Construction Holding and Khalifa University of Science and Technology have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen collaboration in talent development, career readiness and knowledge exchange, while creating closer links between academia and the construction industry.

The MoU, which will remain in effect for two years, was signed by His Excellency Professor Ebrahim Al Hajri, President of Khalifa University of Science and Technology, and Eng. Ahmad Al Shamsi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Trojan Construction Holding.

Under the agreement, the two organizations will explore opportunities to provide students and recent graduates with greater exposure to the professional environment and potential recruitment channels, helping them gain a deeper understanding of career pathways and the skills required to succeed in the industry.The collaboration will also explore internship and industrial training opportunities for students, subject to availability and Trojan Construction Holding’s internal requirements, while supporting graduate readiness and early career development through engagement with relevant academic programmes.

As part of the MoU, Trojan Construction Holding and Khalifa University will also identify opportunities to collaborate on workshops, short courses, technical sessions, guest lectures and other learning initiatives that may benefit students, recent graduates and current employees. These initiatives will be explored based on mutual areas of interest.

Through our collaboration with Trojan Construction Holding, we aim to give students and graduates greater exposure to evolving industry needs while strengthening the exchange of knowledge and expertise. Eng.
