“Bab Al Qasr Garden Residence 65” boosts Burtville’s presence at the Arabian Property Awards

Abu Dhabi : Burtville Developments announced the nomination of its “Bab Al Qasr Garden Residence 65” project in four prestigious categories at the 2026–2027 Arabian Property Awards.

The nomination reflects the company’s commitment to developing projects that combine quality design, sustainability, integrated planning, and an enhanced residential living experience.

The project’s  categories include Best Sustainable Residential Project , Best Apartment Project , Best Mixed-Use Project , and Best Architectural Design for a Multi-Unit Residential Project – all in  Abu Dhabi.

This achievement builds on Burtville continued presence at the Arabian Property Awards, following the company’s two awards last year for its Bab Al Qasr Canal View Residence 22 project. This underscores the company’s consistent participation in prestigious real estate competitions and their ability to deliver projects recognized for their design and development excellence.

The project also highlights the company’s commitment to integrating sustainability principles into their development process, as reflected in the nomination for Best Sustainable Residential Project – Abu Dhabi.

The four nominations highlight various aspects of the project, starting  from its architectural vision and integrated design to the diversity of its components, its focus on open spaces and amenities, and the quality of its residential environment, all of which contribute to its position as a comprehensive residential destination in Masdar City.

The Arabian Property Awards are among the most prestigious awards in the real estate and development sector, recognizing projects and companies that achieve outstanding levels in architectural design, development, sustainability, and innovation.

Located in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, Bab Al Qasr Garden Residence 65 offers a residential concept that focuses on the relationship between nature and architecture, within an integrated environment designed to provide a modern living experience that combines comfort, green spaces, diverse facilities, and quality of life.
