NOVARTIS UAE AND KUWAIT CERTIFIED AS GREAT PLACE TO WORK®

Certification is backed by employee feedback, recognizing Novartis’ dedication to fostering an inspired, curious, and unbossed culture.

December 2023; Dubai, United Arab Emirates — Novartis, a focused innovative medicines company, has been certified as a Great Place to Work® in the UAE and Kuwait after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® Middle East. This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience.

The Great Place to Work® survey revealed several key findings that contributed to Novartis’ certification. Employees highly rated the company’s commitment to workplace safety, welcoming culture, and sense of accomplishment.
