Agreements signed in Seoul will connect South Korean AI capabilities with opportunities in smart cities, data infrastructure and international markets
Seoul, South Korea – 21 September 2026: South Korea’s Gyeonggido Business & Science Accelerator (GBSA) and Dtonic Corporation have signed separate collaboration agreements with Presight, a global leader in applied AI for intelligent systems, to strengthen international technology partnerships and open new avenues for South Korean AI companies to access global markets.
Signed during the Abu Dhabi Investment Forum (ADIF) in Seoul, the agreements will explore how South Korean AI capabilities can support practical applications in smart cities and data infrastructure, alongside new routes to international markets through Presight’s network. They connect South Korean innovation with Presight’s focus on applying intelligence to support decisions, enable execution and deliver measurable outcomes.
Under the first agreement, Gyeonggido Business & Science Accelerator (GBSA), a South Korean public institution supporting SMEs, and Presight will explore collaboration on startup deal flow, acceleration support and cross-border market access. The partnership will also support knowledge exchange, mentorship and connections with venture capital, investors and wider ecosystem partners.
GBSA will facilitate enhanced cooperation between South Korean AI and data-driven companies with Presight. In support of this cooperation, Presight will facilitate introductions to its ecosystem for selected companies seeking market expansion and institutional partnerships across the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia. The organizations will also explore go-to-market frameworks, commercial pilots and investor connections.

Dtonic Corporation, a South Korean AI operating system (OS) company selected for Cohort II of Presight’s Accelerator Program, has deepened its technical collaboration with Presight. Its strategic agreement marks a further step in that relationship, with the parties set to explore collaboration in smart cities and AI-driven data infrastructure, including the potential use of Dtonic’s AI OS technology within Presight’s existing and future projects.
Dtonic develops an AI OS built around ontology, autonomous AI and explainable AI (XAI), with applications across smart cities, industry, the public sector and military environments. Its progression from the Accelerator Program to a strategic agreement illustrates how Presight is developing relationships with companies whose capabilities could support real-world applications. The program sits within FutureSight, Presight’s platform for identifying and developing companies, technologies and capabilities that can strengthen the next generation of intelligent systems.
