By fostering strong relationships with residents post-handover, the company ensures it remains their preferred choice for real estate investment. “We aim to meet all our residents’ needs, reinforcing that we are here for them, making us the go-to option for their real estate ventures,” Tabakh added.

The gathering was attended by key stakeholders and partners, including contractors, consultants, complex managers, maintenance teams, and security personnel. “This ceremony was not just about introducing neighbors to each other but also about familiarizing them with the professionals who will be managing their property in the future,” Tabakh explained.

Andalusia Courtyard is focused on creating a positive, lasting impact through strategic partnerships, a commitment to sustainability standards, and a deep sense of social responsibility. This approach not only enhances their projects but also elevates the value of community living for their residents and employees alike.
