Burtville: Construction Progress on “Ville 11”

Burtville Real Estate Development, a Development company in the UAE real estate sector, announces the ongoing progress of construction works on the “Ville 11” project, recently launched in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi. The project contains 111 residential units.

According to the Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) on the Dari website, Burtville has completed 11% of the construction works on “Ville 11,” which began immediately after obtaining the necessary permits. This milestone demonstrates the company’s commitment to adhering to the project timeline, with completion and unit handover scheduled for the third quarter of 2027.

The steady progress on “Ville 11” enhances client confidence in Burtville’s projects and the broader Abu Dhabi real estate market. The company plans to unveil several new projects in distinguished areas of Abu Dhabi, including Masdar City and Yas Bay area on Yas Island.

Burtville is committed to expanding in Abu Dhabi and developing more real estate projects. The company prioritizes the integration of smart services, sustainable solutions, and innovations, aiming to provide real estate units that meet international quality standards and feature distinctive designs at competitive prices.

Burtville strives to be a significant addition to the UAE real estate market, catering to diverse client needs amidst the rising demand for real estate in Abu Dhabi.

The “Ville 11” project expands on over 57,000 square feet of land, with a built-up area exceeding 212,000 square feet. Strategically located at the entrance to Masdar City, the project includes 122 parking spaces, with 8 designated for electric cars, and additional spaces for visitors and people of determination.

Amenities and facilities at “Ville 11” are extensive, featuring a large swimming pool, a shaded children’s area, a gym, a 1,500 square foot health club, four distinct elevators, and a large service elevator. There is also a BBQ area, a 6,000 square foot children’s play area, and an 8,400 square foot rooftop café equipped with table tennis and an outdoor screen.

The residential units comprise a mix of 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom types, including (34) two-bedroom simplex units, (61) two-bedroom duplex units, (7) three-bedroom duplex units, (4) three-bedroom triplex units, and (5) four-bedroom duplex units.

The design seamlessly blends contemporary interior and exterior elements, offering high-quality finishes, fully furnished apartments, Siemens kitchen appliances, Roca sanitary ware, and OTIS elevators.

Each unit features built-in wardrobes, high-efficiency noise-insulating glass, central air conditioning, a maid’s room, and a laundry room. Ground floor units additionally offer a private balcony and a separate entrance.
