One Unique Brand Across all Abu Dhabi Regions

ADCOOP consolidates six legacy grocery brands under a single identity, reinforcing community roots and aligning with the UAE’s national food security vision.

  • All 34 Al Ain Coop and Earth stores have been rebranded to ADCOOP, featuring refreshed layouts and extensive staff training, for a total investment of AED 5 million.
  • Permanently reduced prices on over 1,300 essential items, supported by a cashback initiative underscoring ADCOOP’s long-term value commitment.

Al Ain, UAE – June 12th: In a landmark move set to reshape the UAE’s grocery landscape, ADCOOP has launched its new consolidated identity in Al Ain, bringing together six legacy retail brands – Al Ain Coop, Earth, Al Dhafra Coop, Abu Dhabi Coop, Delma Coop, and Mega Mart – under one brand across all Abu Dhabi regions. ADCOOP’s unified footprint now spans more than 100 stores across Abu Dhabi, strengthening its position as one of the UAE’s largest community-led retailers.

This strategic transformation is in line with the UAE’s goals for national food security, innovation, and community engagement. Through this move, ADCOOP positions itself as a modern brand delivering freshness, value, quality, and cultural inclusivity across its operations.

“The launch of ADCOOP across Al Ain marks a unifying moment, one brand shaped by over 40 years of customer trust and community connection,” said Mr. Bertrand Loumaye, ADCOOP CEO.

He added: “This transformation builds on our longstanding foundation, enabling us to deliver greater value through more competitive pricing and enhanced product quality.  We are now strengthening the bond we’ve built with our customers by delivering an even better shopping experience, one that reflects the spirit of the UAE and serves every family we proudly welcome.”

Commitment to Community:

Beyond a rebrand, ADCOOP aims to be more than a place to shop, it is envisioned as a vibrant community hub, where Emiratis, Arabs, and all UAE residents can feel at home, connect with one another, and enjoy a culturally rich, inclusive retail environment.

This vision is brought to life through tangible actions. ADCOOP’s commitment to community is demonstrated in the reduction in the prices of over 1,300 essential items to improve everyday affordability, along with a new cashback campaign that launches today, offering AED 50 back on every transaction above AED 250, further supporting families in their daily shopping journeys.

The rebranded store layout has been thoughtfully redesigned to elevate the customer journey, offering a broad assortment of essential and specialty products within a spacious, well-organized environment. This transformation is supported by nearly 3,000 hours of staff training, ensuring a consistently high standard of service across all locations.  Fresh products are now directly sourced by our teams, with a strong emphasis on local production, “Our goal is to provide customers not only with quality products, but with care, craftsmanship, and conscious sourcing they can trust.” added Mr. Bertrand Loumaye.

In line with their community-first approach, ADCOOP stores in Al Ain are also committed to distributing the Abu Dhabi Municipality Program items for UAE citizens, with dedicated display areas for essential family products.

ADCOOP is also serving customers directly into their homes through a state of the art Ecommerce application available on all app stores.

This rebranding marks more than just a visual change; it underscores ADCOOP’s ambition to serve as a national retail ambassador, one that bridges legacy with modernity, drives economic prosperity while celebrating the UAE’s values of hospitality, innovation, and unity.
