Alba Restaurant Introduces Business Lunch Set Menu Concept Near Dubai Opera

Dubai, United Arab Emirates  — June 20, 2024 — Alba Restaurant, the renowned Pan Asian dining destination located in the vibrant vicinity near the Dubai Opera, is thrilled to announce the launch of its new Business Lunch Set Menu Concept. Drawing inspiration from China, Japan, South Korea, and infused with Mediterranean flair, this exciting culinary offering is available at Alba Restaurant, promising an exquisite experience for patrons seeking a delightful midday meal.

Crafted to cater to discerning palates and busy professionals alike, the two-course Business Lunch Set Menu has four options and features a selection of delectable dishes at compelling prices, created by Head Chef Minho Ted Shin, renowned for his innovative approach to Pan Asian cuisine. 

Priced at 125 AED per person, the set menu offers patrons the opportunity to choose from a range of tantalizing starters, including Kale Salad, Salmon Carpaccio, Chicken Skewer, or Kaisen Maki. For the main course, guests can savor one dish from an enticing lineup that includes Kimchi Soup with Rice, Laksa Noodle, Alba Ramen, Stir Fried Ramen, Teriyaki Chicken, Sake Don, or Bibimbap.

For those seeking an elevated lunch experience, Alba Restaurant presents another set priced at 150 AED per person. Everybody can commence their culinary journey with a choice of starters such as Spicy Tomato Salad, Shrimp Tempura Maki, Wagyu Kushi, or KFC chicken. Sushi lovers are in for a treat, as the Sushi Lunch Menu (195 AED) features a selection of starters, including hamachi tartare, salmon carpaccio, and tuna kim, as well as delectable mains like chirashi don, kaisen maki, a selection of nigiri – all served with a miso soup.

Vegans are welcome to dig into plant-based starter options such as grilled miso eggplants, fried mushrooms with swicy sauce, and kale salad, and mains such as stir-fried ramen, bibimbap rice and vegetable donburi. 

A choice of Alba dessert can be added to the lunch set for 29 AED.
