This third hotel agreement cements long-term partnership between Aleph Hospitality and West F5 Investments LLC
Dubai, UAE, 29 September 2026: Aleph Hospitality, the largest independent hotel management company in the Middle East and Africa, has officially taken over operation of the landmark hotel Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan.
The transition, effective since 1 July 2026, solidifies a rapidly growing partnership. The Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan joins Aleph Hospitality’s existing managed portfolio which includes the Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek and Hilton Dubai Creek Hotel & Residences located in Jewel of the Creek, Dubai. The agreement is indicative of Aleph Hospitality’s management strategy to identify and leverage synergies across all three properties to unlock major operational efficiencies and drive commercial success for the owner.
With its scale, location and heritage, the Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan remains one of the most recognisable hotels in the Al Garhoud district. Over nearly three decades, the iconic property has built a loyal following among travellers and locals alike, anchored by its extensive meeting and events space and diverse dining offering. In recent years, the hotel has undergone a significant renovation programme, with rooms and public areas refreshed to meet the expectations of today’s discerning guests while preserving the property’s signature blend of contemporary comfort and Arabian hospitality.
