The AED 350 million signature waterfront address on Dubai Islands will be unveiled at Madinat Jumeirah on 28 October, as Casa Vista strengthens its UAE presence and prepares for further developments.

Dubai, UAE – 25 October 2026: Casa Vista Development is preparing for the exclusive unveiling of AQUORA, its AED 350 million luxury waterfront residential project on Dubai Islands, following a significant milestone that has seen 40% of its residences sold.

Taking place at Madinat Jumeirah on 28 October 2026, the unveiling will welcome Their Excellencies, distinguished guests, investors, valued partners and media representatives for an evening inspired by the elegance, movement and tranquility of water.

AQUORA has generated strong market interest ahead of the occasion, reflecting buyer confidence in the development’s distinctive residential concept and Casa Vista Development’s commitment to construction quality, thoughtful design and exceptional living experiences.

The development draws its identity from the philosophy “Form Follows Flow,” translating the natural rhythm of water into flowing architectural forms, light-filled interiors and carefully planned lifestyle spaces.

Abdul Basit, Chairman of Casa Vista Development, said:

“We are proud of the confidence buyers have shown in AQUORA, with 40% of the residences already sold ahead of the unveiling. This response reflects our commitment to creating homes that offer genuine quality and lasting value. AQUORA is an important milestone for Casa Vista Development, marking the beginning of an exciting new phase as we prepare to introduce further projects in the UAE.”

Set on a 50,000 sq. ft. plot with 242,000 sq. ft. of built-up area, AQUORA will feature 105 waterfront residences, six waterfront retail spaces and more than 20 lifestyle amenities, including a 22-metre rooftop infinity pool, Technogym fitness centre, a yoga studio, a Zen Garden, a pickleball court, and a signature arrival experience.

The residences are designed to combine contemporary architecture, comfort and privacy with the distinctive character of their waterfront surroundings.

Casa Vista Development draws on the founding family’s operating experience dating to 2012 across trading, commodities, logistics, construction and real estate. Strategic real estate investments beginning in 2015 in Dubai and selected international markets strengthened its understanding of site selection, asset quality and development potential. This experience now informs Casa Vista’s focus on craftsmanship, high construction standards and precisely executed residential developments.

With several additional projects in its pipeline, Casa Vista Development is strengthening its presence in the UAE property market while maintaining a clear focus on quality and delivery standards.

The development is scheduled for handover in Q1 2028.

The AQUORA unveiling will introduce invited guests to an experience inspired by the project’s architectural identity and the company’s vision for elevated waterfront residential living.
