Insurers in the UAE have become stricter about the renewal of vehicle insurance policies and underwriting guidelines, following a massive jump in claims after the record rains on April 16. Floods in northern Armenia killed at least two people as they destroyed key roads and bridges, forcing some 200 to evacuate, officials said on Sunday.
