The council will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and strategies related to research, infrastructure and investments in artificial intelligence and advanced technology in Abu Dhabi. With two new Salik gates coming up in Dubai, an overwhelming majority of respondents to a Khaleej Times poll have said that they would switch to public transport. More than 3,000 people took part in the poll conducted by KT as at 8pm Monday, with more than 1,900 saying they would make the switch. The new toll gates at the Business Bay Crossing and Al Safa South will become fully operational by November.
