Temporary suspension of traffic on some roads in Abu Dhabi will continue on Sunday for the final day of the UAE Tour cycling race, authorities said. A farm tractor pulling a wagon loaded with Hindu devotees overturned and fell into a pond in northern India on Saturday, killing at least 15 people, including seven children, officials said.
