The Indian Navy said on Saturday that it is shadowing a bulk carrier that was boarded by unknown attackers — likely Somali pirates — in the Arabian Sea. Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has declared a round-the-clock truck ban on certain roads of the emirate’s Nad Al Sheba Reserve.
