Saudi Arabia said on Tuesday it will offer tax incentives for foreign companies that locate their regional headquarters in the kingdom, including a 30-year exemption for corporate income tax. Oil prices jumped by nearly 1 per cent on Tuesday, lifted by uncertainty over voluntary output cuts by the Opec+ group of producers, tensions in the Middle East and some encouraging economic signals in Europe.
