Dubai, UAE – 14 August 2026: Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has intensified construction activities across its portfolio, with work at its flagship Azizi Venice development in Dubai South now progressing around the clock, 24 hours a day.
The continuous construction schedule at Azizi Venice reflects the developer’s focus on accelerating progress and maintaining strong momentum across the large-scale community. Beyond Venice, Azizi is also advancing construction across its other developments through at least 10-hour shifts per day, at projects such as its fourth and last phase of Riviera, supported by extensive manpower, contractor coordination and close oversight of construction milestones.
Azizi Developments is leveraging its vertical integration, having taken the reins in its own supply chain both in terms of procurement and manufacturing its own construction materials. Its own dedicated, exlcusive construction partner, Gardinia, enables its momentum.
Azizi Venice will comprise more than 36,000 residential units across over 100 apartment complexes and more than 109 ultra-luxury mansions. Azizi Developments is taking on the role of master developer, responsible for constructing buildings, roads, and all infrastructure. Residences frame the lagoon shoreline, creating a picturesque setting for leisure, retail, and commercial spaces.
The turquoise, desalinated waters are bordered by sandy beaches, an 8 km-long cycling and jogging track, yoga and sports facilities, and a vibrant promenade featuring a variety of artisan eateries and boutiques. A major attraction within the project is The Cultural District in Dubai South, which will incorporate a collection of iconic facilities, including an opera house, theatre, exhibition hall, and performing arts academy.
