From Karama’s bustling streets to JBR’s beachfront bites, the citywide AED 10 culinary celebration enters its final few weeks of offering big flavours at small prices in every major corner of Dubai

More than 190 unique restaurants to choose from, spanning over 600 participating outlets across Dubai’s leading malls and dining hotspots – only valid before DSS ends on 31 August

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 19 August 2025: Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) 2025 has been serving up exceptional flavours at incredible value across the city with the DSS 10 Dirham Dish, and the countdown is now on, with just two weeks left to embark on this value-packed culinary journey before it wraps on 31 August. Featuring more than 190 unique restaurants and over 600 participating outlets, there’s still time to savour specially curated dishes for just AED 10 with DSS-exclusive experience.

Organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) as part of the packed DSS programme of thousands of offers and things to do around the city, the line-up of signature dishes has been specially curated to offer a tantalising snapshot of the depth of dining options in Dubai. There’s something to suit every palate, from sizzling street food and aromatic curries to sweet treats and ice-cold desserts. No vouchers or pre-bookings needed, just ask for the AED 10 dish!

Here’s a neighbourhood guide to explore some of the standout spots taking part in DSS 10 Dirham Dish:

KARAMA
The heartbeat of authentic eats, Karama is a paradise for lovers of bold flavours and home-style cooking. From the vegetarian comfort of Mumbai Junction Restaurant and Manbhavan Premium Thali Restaurant to aromatic biryanis at Golden Biryani Restaurant and Golden Sands Restaurant & Café, every palate is covered. Street food fans can tuck into chaat at Banarasi Chaat and Kulfi Wala, falooda from The Falooda Shop, or enjoy much-loved favourites at Pind da Dhaba, Sthan, and Its Desi. Karama’s melting pot also includes Burger Society, Delhi Highway, Bombay Times Restaurant, Little Italy Express Foods, and Cafe Calicut.

OUD METHA
A compact but flavour-packed stop on the map, Oud Metha offers Indian and Pakistani classics at Kailash Parbat, Aziz Bhai Restaurant, and Gul Khan Restaurant, Asian fusion at Tum Tum Asia, and Chinese favourites at Golden Dragon. For a unique twist, The Food Villa Restaurant & Café and Moshi serve up inventive dishes worth the trip.

DEIRA
One of Dubai’s most vibrant districts, Deira delivers global comfort foods with a local touch. Savour Asian delights at Wok N Roll Café, homely meals from The Executive Lunch Box, or sweet treats at 1820s Coffeatery. Plus, Table 3 Restaurant and Apna Chulha complete the mix with hearty, affordable fare.

MIRDIF CITY CENTRE
This family-favourite mall is home to Fowli’s fresh flavours, Spice Hut’s aromatic curries, Cevapi Bosnian Restaurant’s Balkan specialities, classic fish and chips from Mirdif Fish & Chips, and homely comfort at The Coop House Restaurant.

DUBAI HILLS MALL
Foodies in Dubai Hills Mall can enjoy Revelry’s street food-style creations, artisanal pizzas from Circle of Crust, specialty coffee at Matter by iCoffee, grilled favourites from Oporto, and South Asian-inspired bites at Chaiiwala of London.

DUBAI INTERNATIONAL CITY
Known for its global flavours, International City boasts everything from Afghan House Restaurant’s rich kebabs to Pakistani staples at Karachi Express and Sarhad Punjab Restaurant.
