du Pay announces the big winners of the AED 500,000 raffle draw for international transfers

  • Pakistani expat wins AED 100,000 bumper prize in the du Pay raffle

Dubai, UAE, 30 January, 2025 – du Pay, the advanced digital financial services arm of du, today announced winners of its grand AED 500,000 raffle draw, rewarding du Pay app users on their international money transfers. Any successful international transfer of more than AED 400 between Oct 1, 2024 to Dec 31, 2024 done on du Pay app was eligible for the raffle. The grand prize of AED 100,000 has been awarded to Mudassar Muhammad Tariq, while two winners Hamza Rasheed Khan and Abdul Vayid Samad each received AED 50,000.

The raffle highlighted du Pay’s commitment to providing value to its customers by integrating rewarding experiences with financial transactions. The recipient of the AED 100,000 prize, who operates heavy vehicles for a prominent business enterprise in Abu Dhabi, showcases du Pay’s commitment to offering enriching experiences for people from various sectors and walks of life.

Apart from the top 3 winners, four winners were awarded AED 25,000 each, five received AED 10,000 each, and ten got AED 5,000 each. The winners were chosen through an electronic draw conducted under the supervision of the Economic Department of Abu Dhabi, ensuring that all participants had an equal opportunity to win.

The winners will have their prizes credited directly to their mobile wallets, allowing them the convenience and security they have come to expect from du Pay services. The company remains committed to enhancing the user experience and is planning more exciting opportunities and innovations for the future.
