• Recognised by MoHRE, the Dubai Land Department and other industry bodies for excellence in corporate housing and service quality

• Awards reflect a strong 2025 performance driven by service excellence, customer trust and sustained demand across communities

Dubai, UAE, 23 December 2025: Dubai Residential, one of the largest owners and operators of residential real estate in Dubai, part of Dubai Residential REIT- under Dubai Holding Asset Management, announced a strong year of industry recognition in 2025, securing multiple awards across the year, including two wins at the World Realty Congress Award this December. The awards reflect the strength of Dubai Residential’s service standards and customer-centric approach, as well as the confidence and trust it continues to build across its communities through consistent delivery, high-quality asset management and an enhanced resident experience.

Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Managing Director of Dubai Residential, said, “This has been an exceptional year for Dubai Residential, not only in terms of our business achievements but also in the significant recognition we have received across the industry. These awards are a strong endorsement of the standards we set across our portfolio, from service quality and asset management to the way we create meaningful, well-managed communities. Being recognised by entities such as the Dubai Land Department, MoHRE and global real estate forums reinforces our position as a trusted leader in Dubai’s residential sector. More importantly, it reflects the consistency, dedication and professionalism of our teams, and the confidence our residents place in us every day.”

The year began with recognition from the Dubai Land Department at the International Property Show in April, where Dubai Residential was honoured for Outstanding Performance in Real Estate Transactions and Service Quality, reflecting operational excellence across its portfolio of 21 residential communities comprising more than 35,000 units.

Further reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-quality amenities and an enhanced resident experience, Dubai Residential secured Best Amenities Provider of the Year at the UAE Realty Awards, hosted by Finance World Magazine, followed by Property Management Company of the Year at the FM Awards.

In November, Dubai Residential’s corporate housing community, Nuzul, was recognised for its contribution to labour market excellence at the third Emirates Labour Market Award. This first-of-its-kind initiative by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) celebrates exemplary practices in the labour market. A new addition to the categories, this award honoured the Nuzul community for implementing sustainable and recreational initiatives, amenities, and practices for residents that support wellbeing and foster a sense of belonging.

The year closes on a high note with Dubai Residential securing titles in two categories at the World Realty Congress Awards this December: Best Customer Experience Initiative of the Year and Best Asset Management Company of the Year.

Dubai Residential is owned by Dubai Residential REIT and is a leading name in Dubai’s residential leasing market, managing one of the city’s largest and most diversified portfolios.. Its portfolio represents communities such as Bluewaters Residences, City Walk Residences, Nad Al Sheba Villas, Garden View Villa, Shorooq, Ghoroob, and Layan, and is home to more than 140,000 residents.
