Grand 55th Blood Donation Camp Held in Dubai on Behalf of the Indian Welfare Forum Ahead of Indian Independence Day
Dubai : August 9th 2026 : On the occasion of Indian Independence Day, the Dubai Zone of the Indian Welfare Forum (IWF) successfully organized its grand 55th blood donation camp at Al Baraha Hospital on Sunday, August 9, 2026.
The blood donation drive was presided over by Abdul Hadi, President of Indian Welfare Forum. IWF Dubai Zone Secretary Kilakarai Jainulabdeen and Treasurer Sheik Dawood led the event’s proceedings.
The camp featured several special guests, including:

More than 100 people participated and donated blood. Certificates, breakfast, and lunch were provided to all blood donors.
The arrangements were efficiently managed by office bearers and executives, including S.M.I. State Deputy Secretary Pothakudi Riyaz, IWF Sharjah Zone President Salim Rabbani, Adirai Sheik Abdul Khader, Mannai Ameen, Jalal, Lalpet Branch President Yasir Ahamed, Azaruddin, Masood Ahamed, Tanveer, Nayeem, Fazul, Hor Al Anz In-charge Muthupettai Sadiq, Sathiram Shahul, Thulasi Ameer, and Al Quoz In-charge Ayyub, along with other organizers.
