Beyond tailored banking services, the MoU establishes a foundation for joint employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives that prioritise financial health alongside overall corporate wellbeing. This approach reflects a shared commitment to delivering long-term value and an elevated workplace experience for employees across both institutions.
Under the agreement, the organisations will collaborate on structured financial awareness sessions, streamlined employee onboarding, dedicated account opening support and preferential banking solutions for Mohamed & Obaid Almulla Group’s employees. By combining financial empowerment with corporate wellness, Emirates NBD continues to reinforce its role as a key partner to leading private and public institutions across the UAE.
