Dubai, UAE – September 27, 2026: UAE-based technology company Cognit DX has unveiled Cortex, a new enterprise AI platform designed to help organisations deploy and scale artificial intelligence across their operations, as the company sets its sights on taking UAE-developed AI capabilities to regional and international markets.
The platform was launched at the Cognit AI Summit 2026 in Dubai, alongside Cognit AI Studio, applying generative AI to filmmaking and content production.
The two launches reflect Cognit DX’s broader focus on developing AI technology and intellectual property in the UAE, while addressing the growing demand from businesses for practical AI solutions that can move beyond experimentation and into everyday operations.

Alaa Dalghan, Founder and CEO of Cognit DX, led the official unveiling, demonstrating the platform’s capabilities and outlining the company’s vision for making AI more accessible and operational at enterprise level.

The summit featured a keynote address by Hani Khalaf, Chief Technology Officer at Dell Technologies, as well as presentations examining enterprise AI, agentic AI and the growing role of generative technologies in the economy.
