Until 20th March 2025, customers can trade in their working and non-working devices, as well as large appliances, to receive exchange benefits. The offer applies to large appliances in working conditions, where customers can receive up to AED 2,000 off on a new purchase, and up to AED 1,300 off on working televisions. Additionally, Jumbo is offering exchange benefits on working mobile phones (up to AED 3,865) and laptops (up to AED 500). Not only that, customers can also trade in their non-working televisions, large appliances, and laptops and get flat AED 100 off.
Bank offers
With ENBD VISA credit cards can get 10 % off when they use their ENBD card on purchases of AED 2000 and above. maximum capped at AED 200.
Jumbo customers can get flat AED 200 off when they use their HSBC credit card on purchases of AED 2000 and above.
With LIV cards, customers can avail 10% discount on a minimum purchase of AED 1,000 and save up to AED 100. This offer is applicable on credit and debit cards.
Customers who use their ESAAD and FAZAA cards to shop at Jumbo get 2% flat discount on all products, 5% flat on all accessories and 15 % off on smart home services, wi-fi setup and extended warranties. This offer isnot valid on Apple products, preorders, newly launched products, PS5, DJI, Salama or Apple Care.
Travel and hospitality offers
What’s more, throughout Ramadan, Jumbo customers can enjoy35% off at LEGOLAND Hotel when they book online. The offer includes breakfast and access to LEGOLAND Theme Park and/or Water Park. Stay dates are valid until the end of December 2025, subject to availability and blackout dates.
Jumbo is also offering a complimentary three nights’ stay at LEGOLAND Hotel, which includes breakfast and access to LEGOLAND Parks. The offer is valid for three months from the time the voucher is issued and cannot be availed during black out periods such as Eid and other major public holidays.
Jumbo customers can also enjoy AED 100 off with dnata Travel for every AED 1000 spent at Jumbo online or in-store for flights and hotel packages and hotels only bookings. Jumbo customers can also visit the nearest dnata travel store, present their invoice to the travel agent and redeem their AED 100 discount at once or request a digital voucher for future use.
