Renowned Indian celebrity chef Ranveer Brar is set to unveil Kashkan – Kissaghar on 28th October, marking a significant growth of the Kashkan brand in the UAE. Building on the success of Kashkan at Dubai Festival City Mall, Kissaghar emerges as a unique extension of the brand, reflecting Chef Brar’s vision of transforming dining into a nuanced Immersive cultural experience. With this launch, Chef Brar aims to further establish both Kashkan and Kissaghar restaurant brands as complementary pillars of his culinary journey in the Middle East.
Designed as a “House of Stories,” Kissaghar is adorned with a series of unique installations and spatial elements personally conceptualized, designed and installed by Chef Brar, inspired by his travels and the narratives that have shaped his culinary and cultural vision. Guests will encounter larger than life Mandalas, Lippan art panels, a majestic Banyan tree, and walls evoking the historic Dargahs, each detail reflecting a harmonious blend of heritage, artistry, and innovation. This carefully crafted environment celebrates community, dialogue, and shared experiences, where Indian culture converges with Dubai’s cosmopolitan spirit.
Every corner of Kissaghar embodies this philosophy- where live performances, and culinary artistry will come together in harmony, creating evenings that are not just about dining but about entertainment, connection, and creative expression. Each night unfolds as a “Season of Kashkan,” with evolving themes, performances, and stories that bring continual freshness to the experience.
