Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Friday, 27 June 2025:
Khaled Waleed Al Zarooni, a recent high school graduate, obtained a real estate brokerage license issued by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), making him the youngest Emirati to obtain this specialized certification, known as the “Real Estate Broker Certificate.”
This certificate, a celebrated national achievement, marks a milestone in Khaled’s professional and personal journey, as he was able to balance his high school studies with preparing for the accredited real estate certificate, setting an inspiring example for ambitious Emirati youth who seek to prove themselves by combining academic achievement with practical application at an early age.

While most high school graduates are busy preparing for university, Khaled chose to take a parallel path, enhancing his professional experience in a promising and rapidly growing sector in the UAE – real estate brokerage. After passing the required qualification course and tests, he obtained a real estate brokerage license from the official accredited authority in Dubai, making him the youngest Emirati to obtain this certification.
“I feel proud and grateful for this achievement, which I consider just the beginning of a long journey of ambition. I believe that Emirati youth are capable of giving and excelling if given the right opportunity and support, and I am grateful to my family and everyone who supported me in achieving this goal,” said Khaled Waleed Al Zarooni, expressing his feelings after obtaining the license.
This achievement did not come out of nowhere; rather, it was the result of Khaled’s hard work and a clear commitment to achieving his goals. He dedicated time and effort outside of school to prepare for starting a profession in real estate, relying on his initiative and desire to acquire practical knowledge alongside theoretical study.
This event underscores the UAE’s national vision of supporting and empowering youth. Khaled is a clear example of the opportunities available to the new generation to achieve early accomplishments, paving the way for them to become future leaders in their fields.
With this achievement, Khaled is now legally qualified to practice real estate brokerage under the umbrella of accredited companies. He is currently considering gaining practical experience by engaging in the real estate industry, with the goal of continuing his academic studies in business or property management.
Khaled hopes his story will inspire young Emiratis to believe in their abilities and strive for excellence early in life. “Anyone can start early if they have the vision and determination. It’s never too early to succeed,” he said.
