May 2025, Dubai, UAE — Returning for its landmark 16th edition, the Middle East Event Show (MEES) 2025 stands as the region’s foremost platform driving innovation, partnerships, and growth across the live events and MICE landscape. Taking place this June, MEES unites over 5,000 professionals, ranging from event architects and brand storytellers to AV pioneers and venue visionaries, under one roof to shape the future of experiences.

In a bold move, MEES 2025 shifts to a new venue: Sheikh Maktoum Hall at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), marking a new chapter for the exhibition’s continued growth. The exhibition takes place on 17–18 June, followed by the highly anticipated Middle East Event Awards on 19 June at the iconic Madinat Jumeirah.

With an expanded programme of over 60 free seminars and workshops, the show presents a high-impact environment for professional development, innovation discovery, and business opportunity.

Talks & Seminars: Real-World Insights and Future-Facing Trends
This year’s show features two seminar stages hosting 70+ speakers across seminars, fireside chats, panel discussions, and masterclasses. Sessions will be led by regional thought leaders from Coca-Cola Arena, DXB LIVE, the Department of Culture & Tourism – Abu Dhabi, One World Rental, Ethara, Dubai Basketball, Electra, PurpleGlo, and many more.

  • 94% of visitors said attending MEES is important to their role
  • 78% of visitors have sole or joint purchasing authority
  • 95% of exhibitors expressed satisfaction with the show
