British Online School Introduces Flexible Term 3 Solution to Support Families Navigating Relocation

7April 2026; Dubai, UAE – In response to the growing number of families facing short-term relocation and uncertainty, Minerva Virtual Academy (MVA), an award-winning British online school fully accredited by the UK Department for Education, has introduced a special Term 3 package for the 2025/26 academic year. The initiative is designed to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality education for students during periods of transition.

Recognising that stability in education is critical—especially during times of change—MVA’s latest initiative offers families a flexible alternative to traditional schooling models, where long-term commitments may not be feasible.

“Our initiative is about supporting families with a practical and compassionate solution, ensuring children continue to learn in a structured, nurturing environment, no matter where they are,” said Hugh Viney, Founder and CEO of Minerva Virtual Academy. “Traditionally, we operate on a minimum two-term enrolment. However, the introduction of a Term 3-only enrolment option reflects our commitment to flexibility without compromising on quality.”

Founded in the UK in 2020 with just four students, Minerva Virtual Academy today supports over 1,400 families across more than 60 countries.

MVA’s approach blends structured live online lessons, self-paced independent study, and weekly one-to-one mentoring, ensuring students receive individual attention while progressing at a pace that suits their learning style. The model is particularly suited to globally mobile families, elite athletes and performers, high-achieving students, and neurodivergent learners who may find traditional classroom environments challenging.

With over five years of experience in delivering the British curriculum online, MVA combines structure, consistency, and personalised support—at a time when families need it most.

The Term 3 package is now open for enrolment for families across the Middle East and beyond. To learn more or secure a place, visit https://start.minervavirtual.com/term3-me
