MoU to encourage joint investment opportunities ahead of Morocco co-hosting FIFA World Cup 2030

Abu Dhabi, UAE, 27 July 2026: NG9 Holding, the UAE-based diversified investment group with interests spanning travel, tourism, hospitality, investment, communications, marketing and AI, and Dar Alsalam Sport Management Company, the UAE-based subsidiary of Morocco’s Dar Al Salam Group, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic framework for collaboration and explore joint investment opportunities across priority sectors, including tourism, hospitality, sports, real estate investment, and marine asset and facility management.

The MoU was signed in the presence of senior officials and representatives from both organisations, marking another step in their shared commitment to combining expertise, developing joint projects, strengthening economic cooperation, and unlocking promising investment opportunities.

The agreement comes as Morocco prepares to co-host the 2030 FIFA World Cup, an event expected to drive significant investment in infrastructure, sports facilities, tourism, hospitality, and related services. Against this backdrop, both parties aim to leverage their combined expertise to capitalise on the opportunities presented by this milestone and support the anticipated growth across the targeted sectors.

Commenting on the partnership, Alaa Al Ali, Group CEO of NG9 Holding, said: “This MoU marks an important step in NG9 Holding’s international growth strategy, expanding through partnerships with organisations that offer deep sector expertise and a strong market presence.

“By combining the strengths of both our organisations, we look forward to developing joint projects, expanding our presence across high-growth sectors, and supporting mutual long-term growth ambitions.”

Redouane Bouchmal, CEO of Dar Alsalam Sport Management Company, said: “Dar Alsalam Sport Management Company has a proven track record in the management and operation of sports facilities, the development of sports resorts, the management of marine facilities, marinas and superyachts, as well as the delivery and management of sports projects.

“This MoU enables us to combine our operational expertise with NG9 Holding’s investment capabilities to develop innovative projects and capitalise on the opportunities presented by major development initiatives across the region, and in the years ahead.”

Under the terms of the MoU, both parties will exchange expertise and knowledge, identify and pursue investment and commercial opportunities of mutual interest, strengthen coordination with strategic partners and investors, and support the development of joint projects that align their long-term objectives, as well as expanding the scope of cooperation between them.
