The virtual conference brought together Panasonic’s regional partners and global team to review FY25 achievements, align on FY26 priorities, and recognize outstanding service performance.

UAE — 20 July 2026 — Panasonic Middle East & Africa hosted its Customer Service (CS) Strategy Conference 2026, a virtual forum that brought together senior representatives from Panasonic Middle East & Africa, its business partners, Panasonic factories, Customer Service Headquarters (CS Headquarters), and the Quality Assurance (QA) Group to review FY25 performance and align on priorities for FY26.

Attended by stakeholders from across the Middle East and Africa, the annual conference reaffirmed Panasonic’s commitment to strengthening after-sales service standards, enhancing collaboration across its service network, and delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the region.

The agenda focused on three key priorities: reviewing the Customer Service division’s achievements in FY25, outlining the strategic roadmap for FY26, and presenting the latest Service Spare Parts and Customer Delivery (SSCD) product line-up designed to support faster and more reliable service delivery across the region.

A key highlight of the event was the presentation of the STAR Service Competition awards, which recognise business partners whose service centres demonstrated outstanding performance during FY25. This year’s Award recipients were Ghamdan Trading Company (Qatar), Omasco (Oman), and Modern Electronics Co. Ltd. (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).

The awards highlighted the critical role Panasonic’s business partners play in delivering a consistent, high-quality after-sales experience and reflected the company’s ongoing commitment to recognising excellence and fostering continuous improvement across its service network.

“The Customer Service Strategy Conference provides an important opportunity to strengthen collaboration across our regional service network and ensure we are aligned on our priorities for the year ahead. The progress achieved during FY25 reflects the dedication of our teams and business partners, whose commitment continues to enhance the customer experience across the Middle East and Africa. Congratulations to Ghamdan Trading Company, Omasco, and Modern Electronics Co. Ltd. on their well-deserved recognition. Their achievements exemplify the high service standards and customer focus we strive to deliver throughout our network,” said John Hardy, Chief Executive Officer of Panasonic Middle East & Africa.

As Panasonic continues to strengthen its after-sales service capabilities, the company remains focused on working closely with its business partners and global teams to drive operational excellence, support sustainable business growth, and deliver greater value to customers across the Middle East and Africa
