Renowned Yogi Sadhguru to bring the first-ever and largest meditation programme to Dubai this December 9th
On 9 December, Sadhguru, the renowned and world-famous Yogi, will host a meditation programme in Dubai, with over 12,000 people expected to participate.
The programme will take place at Dubai’s Coca-Cola arena, and is titled ‘Sadhguru in Dubai – Meet, Mingle and Meditate’.
‘Sadhguru in Dubai – Meet, Mingle and Meditate’ aims to bring the transformative power of meditation and Yoga to the heart of the UAE, providing a unique opportunity for individuals to discover timeless insights to modern day challenges, and meditate with Sadhguru in person.
On the importance of meditation, Sadhguru has said: “The purpose of Meditation is to create the necessary inner ambience for you to live in Joy, Peace, and in turn unfold your genius.”
Sadhguru’s programmes have been the subject of research from Harvard Medical School which has proven their efficacy in reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Sadhguru’s Dubai program will offer something unique to both beginners and experienced meditators. Participants can expect to engage in guided meditation, a live Q&A, and interactive sessions all aimed at fostering holistic well-being and inner growth.
