The Uncommon Club Brings Its Signature Community Run to Marasi Bay, Introducing a New Saturday Morning Wellness Ritual in Dubai

April 2026, Dubai, United Arab Emirates: The Uncommon Club, a Dubai-based running and wellness community known for its inclusive, community-first approach, has introduced a new weekly Saturday morning community run at Marasi Bay in collaboration with OMNIYAT, offering an elevated start to the weekend through movement, routine, and time outdoors along the waterfront.

The Marasi Bay Community Run takes place every Saturday, starting from The Lana, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, developed by OMNIYAT, before tracing a scenic route along the Dubai Canal. Designed to feel supportive and social rather than competitive, the 45-minute guided run follows an out-and-back waterfront route and is structured across multiple pace groups led by experienced pacers, allowing runners of all levels to participate comfortably. After the run, the community gathers at Bonbon Café by Angelo Musa at The Lana Promenade, extending the morning into coffee and conversation by the water.

The partnership brings this vision into daily life, reinforcing Marasi Bay’s evolution as a destination for wellness, sport, art and community connection, a place designed to be experienced, not simply passed through. The Marasi Bay Community Run meets at 6:45 AM, with a 7 AM start from The Lana Promenade. Registration is required, and the run is open to all levels.

“For us, the value has always been in showing up together,” said Stephan Muller, Co-Founder of The Uncommon Club. “Marasi Bay has a sense of openness and calm that makes it easy for people to move with intention, connect naturally, and leave feeling reset.”

Marasi Bay is OMNIYAT’s vision for an emerging ultra-luxury waterfront destination within Dubai’s Burj Khalifa District, set along the Dubai Canal and evolving into a lifestyle-led ecosystem where wellness, hospitality, and culture intersect. Blending high-end living, premium workspaces, five-star hospitality, Michelin-starred fine dining, leisure, and wellness experiences, the district’s transformation has been shaped by OMNIYAT’s commitment to design-led living, anchored by a collection of architectural and hospitality landmarks that define the waterfront’s contemporary identity.

Central to Marasi Bay’s identity is its walkable waterfront environment and the physical connectivity it creates between Downtown Dubai and Dubai Design District. With a signature promenade, landscaped pathways, and dedicated walking and cycling tracks, Marasi Bay encourages everyday movement, outdoor time, and social connection in a setting shaped by greenery, water, and skyline views

Collectively, these moments are shaping Marasi Bay into a waterfront defined not only by architecture, but by the quality of life it invites, where design and community meet in quiet balance.
