SimplAI Raised $2.5M Seed Funding to Build the Agentic AI Operating System for Enterprises

Former UiPath President and Senior Executive Manish Bharti Joins as Co-Founder & CRO to Scale SimplAI’s Cloud-Agnostic, Enterprise Agentic AI Operating System Globally.

Dubai – February  10, 2026 – SimplAI, the operating system for enterprise agentic AI, announced that it previously closed a $2.5 million seed funding round in 2025, led by JBV Capital, a San Francisco–based deep-tech fund, with participation from Hovancik Fund, 1947 Rise, PointOne Capital, and strategic angel investors from the global enterprise software ecosystem. From its Dubai office, SimplAI is expanding its delivery and partner presence to support enterprises across the UAE and wider MENA region.

The funding supports SimplAI’s next phase of growth, accelerating go-to-market expansion across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, while deepening its proprietary multi-agent orchestration capabilities and vertical-specific AI solutions. SimplAI’s Agentic AI Operating System enables enterprises to build, deploy, govern, and scale production-grade AI agents that automate complex workflows, with security, compliance, governance, and observability built in.

SimplAI is focused on addressing one of the most persistent challenges in enterprise AI adoption: moving from pilots to reliable, mission-critical production deployments. Its cloud-agnostic architecture allows organizations to deploy across on-prem, private cloud, VPC, and sovereign environments in days, and expand AI usage across multiple workflows with operational control and auditability, a priority for regulated industries, including banking, insurance, and government organizations across the Middle East.

“Enterprise AI has hit an infrastructure ceiling,” said Sandeep Dinodiya, Founder and CEO of SimplAI. “While models and agents have advanced rapidly, enterprises still lack the operating system required to run AI reliably in production. SimplAI is that missing system layer.”

As part of its growth phase, SimplAI recently appointed Manish Bharti, based in the UAE as Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer to support global enterprise adoption and deepen regional execution. Manish previously served as President and senior executive at UiPath, where he helped scale the company through early growth and global expansion to a publicly listed enterprise. He has also held senior leadership roles at Automation Anywhere and served as Chief Revenue Officer at CoreStack. Dinodiya added that Bharti’s experience scaling enterprise platforms “from early scale to IPO-level operations” strengthens SimplAI’s ability to drive enterprise adoption globally, aligning customer trust, partner ecosystems, and execution at scale.

“Enterprises in the UAE and wider MENA region are increasingly prioritizing production-grade deployments with governance, security, and deployment control built in,” said Manish Bharti, Co-Founder and CRO of SimplAI. “SimplAI provides the system layer to deploy agentic AI safely across VPC, on-prem, and sovereign environments—without losing operational control.”

The combination of institutional seed funding and experienced enterprise leadership positions SimplAI to scale adoption across banking and financial services, insurance, government, and complex enterprise environments, as organizations seek a trusted system layer for running agentic AI in production. The company is also expanding its presence in the Middle East, including the UAE, to support customers building and running AI in sovereign and regulated deployments.

The Operating System supports rapid deployment across on-prem, private cloud, VPC, and sovereign infrastructure, helping enterprises move from pilots to mission-critical AI at scale.
