A curated blend of Mediterranean flavors and premium seafood offerings sets the tone for an elevated dining season by the sea

Dubai, UAE – January 2026: Sirene Beach by GAIA along J1 Beach invites guests to enjoy an elevated culinary journey with the launch of its new Oyster and Caviar Experience alongside a refreshed menu featuring Mediterranean-inspired dishes. This season, the iconic beachfront destination combines signature experiences, outdoor dining, and pool and beachside moments, all set against the soothing backdrop of the sea, the gentle rhythm of the waves, and the refreshing coastal breeze – creating a culinary journey that sets the tone for memorable moments from day to night.

The newly introduced ‘Caviar & Rock Experience’ showcases a curated selection of premium caviar varieties, including silky Kaluga, buttery Beluga, and nutty Ossetra, available in multiple serving sizes to suit every taste, from 125gr to 500gr. Alongside the caviar, oysters from Italy, France, and Ireland offer a range of flavors and textures, from sweet and tender to lightly briny with mineral notes. Guests can choose from a selection of sauces, including the bold intensity of tomato juice with tabasco and vinegar, the tangy freshness of lime juice with shallots, tabasco, and yuzu, and the classic balance of red wine vinegar with shallots, allowing them to enjoy the oysters in different ways.

To complement the experience, the menu also features two platters, offering a refined way to discover Sirene’s caviar and oyster selection. The ‘Ola (All)’ platter includes 6 oysters with 80g caviar cones, while the ‘Ap’ola (Everything)’ platter elevates the selection with 12 oysters and 125g of Kaluga caviar. Guests can also savor freshly prepared Caviar Bites such as the Bluefin Tuna Caviar and the Caviar Toast with brioche, mascarpone, and Baieri caviar. 

The new menu additions celebrate fresh, refined flavors, designed to evoke the simplicity and purity of Mediterranean cuisine. New signature raw starters include the delicate Trilogia Carpaccio, featuring bonito, tuna, and carabineros,alongside dishes like the Langoustine Tartare served with salad, pistachio, chili, and onions, the Kagiana Carabineros with eggs, tomato, basil, and toasted bread, and the savory Chicken Pie. Main courses highlight the Baby Goat Orzo, which is slow cooked with orzo and Graviera cheese, offering a rich and satisfying finish.

For those enjoying the pool and beachside ambiance, fresh culinary delights include Baked Red Prawns infused with rosemary, garlic, paprika, and lemon and the Avocado and Feta Spread. The menu further includes a Sashimi Selection of bluefin tuna and yellowtail paired with white soy, lime, and mint, as well as a premium platter showcasing carabineros, tuna, bonito, scallops, and additional specialties.

Families are catered for with a new dedicated kids menu offering simple yet satisfying options such as Chicken Skewers with lemon oil and fries, Tomato Linguini Pasta and creamy Parmesan Linguini. The dessert menu has been enhanced with new decadent creations like the refreshing Alphonso Mango Cheesecake and the classic Sirene Tiramisu, perfect complements to the Mediterranean dining experience.
