May 18, 2024, the legendary business summit of great women leaders from all over the world “Business Lady of the Year” was held at the Palazzo Versace Hotel under the patronage of the office of Sheikh Tahnoon bin Saeed bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan.
The Executive Director of the Sheikh’s office, Mr. Zulfiqar Ghadiyali, graced the summit with his presence along with Mrs. Mubarakka Ghadiyali, who is one of the founders of Commission of Peace at the UN University for peace, who was among the nominated of business women of the year at the event.
The event was attended by the most influential people from all over the world. They include lawyers, doctors, fashion designers, UN representatives, government officials, international investment companies and representatives of ESG led investment companies who are focused on supporting investments across sustainability projects. Also present were Famous Internationally acclaimed pop stars Suzan Najm Aldeen and Reda Abdullah.
The event was organized by Veronica Huseynli Ahmed Mrs Universe Middle East and co founder of MRS Organizing along with Wasim Mandil-Nominated by Guinness World Records. Mr Mandil also owns MMM company.

There were 3 platform speakers at the event:
1) woman empowerment, where the speakers were Mubarraka Lokhandwala Ghadiyali, Claudia Pinto, Rasha Feidi and Svetlana Maksimets passionately spoke about women rights and their role to shape our collective future.
2) Global Sustainability panel was led by acclaimed speakers like Dr. Stephen Michael Meade, Muhammad Zahidul Haque, Mona Hussain Ali.
3) Investment and projects panel where the speakers Natalia Belinskaya, Mariya Spartalis.
spoke about the importance of women led projects and sustainable growth:
H.E Zulfiqar Ghadiyali gave passionate speech about role of women in society and how investing in women led project has been priority of his office in order to bring about gender diversity and gender parity in business and at work place. Mr. Ghadiyali stressed on need for more climate led investing for long term sustainability and positive peace. ,
Dr Stephen Mead, Head of Sustainability and ESG Finance, delivered a powerful keynote emphasised on woman in business and gender diversity at work place.
Claudia Pinto, founder of woman empowerment in the Middle East, voiced a major role in developing the influence of women in the world of business and develop sustainable partnership to realize uae vision of becoming the best smart country with clean and green energy and the highest happiness index in the world.

The evening was made special by classical music performance by saxophonist Halina Fralova, illustrious gathering seemed to have enjoyed sumptuous gala dinner with an award ceremony which recognised the outstanding contributions of the business women from across strata of society.
The event also showcased rare artefacts and jewellery from famous brands such as Mozafarian Jewelers.
