For the second year in a row

“W Capital” wins Emaar Properties’ “Shining Star Award”

Dubai, UAE:  Thursday, February 13, 2025

W Capital, the Dubai-based leading Real Estate Brokerage, announced winning the “Shining Star Award” from Emaar Properties for the second year in a row.

W Capital honoured for being among the real estate agencies promoting and selling Emaar’s projects most.

“Emaar, one of the largest  global real estate developers, has chosen W Capital as one of the real estate agencies promoting and marketing the company’s projects the most for the second year in a row. The award prove a culmination of W Capital’s successes and is an evidence of our excellence in the real estate brokerage sector in Dubai,” said Walid Al Zarooni, W Capital CEO.

He pointed out that W Capital promote and sell all real estate categories, starting with projects targeting middle and low-income people, up to luxury projects and complexes.

Al Zarooni noted that “W Capital” is contracted to market the properties of a select group of major developers in Dubai, led by Emaar Properties, which enables them to meet the aspirations of all customers and provide a wide range of investment options at very competitive prices.

The CEO confirmed that “W Capital” aims to develop a strong presence among the best national real estate brokerage companies in future, by supporting the expansion plans of UAE real estate developers.

He pointed out that his company focuses on boosting the purchasing momentum of individuals and companies while highlighting the attractive investment opportunities available in the market, which is still on an upward path in the medium term.

Al Zarooni stated that real estate projects in Dubai encourage the expansion of accompanying activities such as the brokerage sector, thus we have great growth opportunities in the coming years.

Emaar Properties, listed on the Dubai Financial Market, is one of the largest real estate developers in the world, and has a strong presence in the Middle East, North Africa and Asia with a large land bank of up to 1.7 billion square feet in the UAE and major global markets.

Emaar has a proven track record of delivering projects on schedule, having delivered approximately 117,000 residential units in Dubai and key international markets since 2002. The company has approximately 1.4 million square metres of recurring revenue generating assets and 38 hotels and resorts with approximately 9,200 rooms (including owned and managed hotels).

The company’s operations in shopping malls and hospitality, leisure and entertainment, commercial leasing and Emaar’s international activities contribute 36% of their total revenue.

Burj Khalifa, the global icon, The Dubai Mall, the world’s most visited shopping and entertainment destination, and The Dubai Fountain, the world’s largest dancing fountain, are among Emaar’s most prominent developments to date.
