Where Water Whispers Luxury: Casa Vista Development Celebrates AQUORA’s Next Chapter

A full-house unveiling at Madinat Jumeirah celebrated AQUORA’s Phase 1 sell-out, achieved before the event, and the subsequent release of Phase 2 as the developer looks to its next projects.

An evening inspired by water, architecture and the promise of a new residential lifestyle became a milestone in Casa Vista Development’s growth journey as the company celebrated the unveiling of AQUORA at Madinat Jumeirah on 28 October 2026.

The occasion drew a full house of more than 800 guests and a warm response to the project. The developer confirmed that Phase 1 of AQUORA had successfully sold out ahead of its official unveiling, with Phase 2 subsequently released to prospective buyers. The ongoing offering keeps the signature Dubai Islands address available to new buyers.

While the unveiling brought AQUORA’s design philosophy to life, the message of the evening reached further. Casa Vista Development is building on years of business and property investment experience to strengthen its long-term presence in Dubai, with more residential developments in preparation for future announcement.

A celebration with a clear sense of purpose

AQUORA is conceived around “Form Follows Flow,” an architectural philosophy inspired by the movement and tranquility of water. Its design-led approach combines the character of a waterfront address with light-filled residences, modern amenities and a strong emphasis on construction quality.

Spread across 50,000 sq. ft. of land, with 242,000 sq. ft. of built-up area, AQUORA features 105 residences and six waterfront retail spaces. A 22-metre rooftop infinity pool, Technogym fitness centre, yoga studio, Zen Garden, pickleball court and signature arrival experience are among its more than 20 lifestyle amenities. Handover is scheduled for Q1 2028.

Abdul Basit, Chairman of Casa Vista Development, said:

“What made the AQUORA evening special was not only the unveiling, but the confidence and enthusiasm we saw around the project. Phase 1 had already sold out before the unveiling, and the subsequent release of Phase 2 gives more people the opportunity to be part of the development. For Casa Vista, this is also a moment to look ahead as we continue preparing new projects guided by our commitment to thoughtful design, quality and trust.”

From a successful evening to a longer-term vision

The founding family’s broader experience dates to 2012 across construction, real estate, trading, commodities and logistics, with strategic real estate investments beginning in 2015. That foundation informs the company’s focus on carefully considered residential projects and dependable delivery.

With Phase 2 now on offer and a wider project pipeline taking shape, Casa Vista Development is positioning AQUORA as both a signature waterfront address and a stepping stone towards a growing portfolio in Dubai.

The unveiling may have been the centrepiece of the evening, but the lasting story is the company’s intention to continue developing places where design quality, everyday living and long-term commitment meet.
