Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Get ready, Dubai! Emirates Loves India is hosting a free-to-attend, family-friendly Diwali celebration at Zabeel Park on 16th November, from 11 am to 11 p.m.—and it’s packed with star-studded performances and vibrant cultural experiences.
This isn’t your average community event. Bollywood music sensation Badshah, playback star Jonita Gandhi, and indie rock band Avial will be lighting up the stage—and you can catch them live for free! Adding a dash of humour to the day, comedian Sundeep Anand will bring plenty of laughs, while traditional cultural dances and Hindustani classical music offer a soulful connection to India’s roots.
The celebration doesn’t stop at music. Over 40 food stalls will serve authentic dishes from across India, alongside 8 cultural stalls showcasing regional crafts and traditions. Plus, a colourful cultural parade will highlight the rich diversity of Indian communities in the UAE—a visual treat for all ages.
To round off the day, an awards ceremony will honour Indian dignitaries and high-achievers in the UAE, celebrating the community’s inspiring contributions.
