Marking its 30th running, the Dubai World Cup returns to Meydan Racecourse on Saturday, 28 March 2026. First staged in 1996, the race day has established itself as the pinnacle of the global horseracing calendar.

With $30.5 million in prizemoney across nine elite races, the Dubai World Cup will once again attract the finest horses, trainers and jockeys for an unforgettable showcase of world-class racing. The 2026 running follows a memorable 2025 victory by the American-trained Hit Show, who returns to contest the title once again in the $12 million Dubai World Cup sponsored by Emirates Airline, highlighting the race’s continued ability to attract and crown world-class international contenders.

Beyond the track, the event is a celebration of fashion, hospitality and social atmosphere, offering guests an extraordinary day that blends sporting excellence with glamour, dining and entertainment.

A centrepiece of the raceday experience, the ever-popular Style Stakes returns to the vibrant Apron Views. Sponsored by Emaar, the annual fashion competition celebrates elegance and individuality, with guests invited to showcase their finest race-day attire across categories including Best Dressed Lady, Best Dressed Man, Best Dressed Couple, Best Traditional Outfit and Best Hat.

Exceptional prizes include Emirates Skywards Miles, Al Tayer Motors driving experiences, luxury fashion vouchers and exclusive Emaar gift cards – including $15,000 for Best Dressed Lady – making it one of the most glamorous highlights of the day.

A renowned panel including actress Mahira Abdelaziz, stylist Sarah Silsbury, milliner Evelynn McDermott, and Head of Hospitality at Emaar Hospitality Group Nicholas Bellaton will be judging the looks on the day.

Apron Views, the location of the Style Stakes Arena, serves as the event’s lively social village, featuring live music, food pop-ups from local favourites, DJs, roaming entertainment and a vibrant atmosphere. The Style Stakes is open for all ticket holders, excluding General Admission.
