From Rio to Dubai, Amazónico brings the heart of Brazil with a five-day celebration of show-stopping performances, exclusive menus, and world-class mixology.

DubaiJanuary 2025 – Amazónico Dubai has become an icon in this city. One of Dubai’s top dining destinations is turning five, and it’s bringing the spirit of Carnival straight to DIFC. From February 4th to 8th, the jungle-inspired hotspot will mark its fifth anniversary with a spectacular five-day celebration.

The lineup includes show-stopping performances, exclusive culinary experiences, and collaborations with world-renowned mixologists, promising a week unlike any other. Each day brings a fresh wave of excitement—from vibrant samba dancers and electrifying live performances by global artists like Davi Sax and Yassin Lahkime Cepeda to the dynamic beats of Amazónico’s resident DJs and percussionists—ensuring the energy remains at an all-time high.

The Carnival Menu

Chef Diego Sánchez Vargas has curated a one-of-a-kind Carnival Menu to honor Amazónico Dubai’s fifth anniversary, presenting dishes as daring as they are exclusive. Available only during the week-long celebration, this culinary adventure takes guests deep into the flavors of the Amazon. From the delicate Muchame de Hamachi, a vibrant combination of cured hamachi, soy sauce, ikura, and shiso, to the indulgent Cachapas, featuring corn crepes, foie gras, and green apple, every dish tells a story of creativity and heritage. The journey continues with the Ayampaco a la Braz, a grilled corvina paired with criolla sauce and cassava stew, followed by the succulent Paletilla de Cordero, a baby lamb shoulder served with fermented corn, roasted loche pumpkin, and a touch of coriander. To finish, guests can indulge in the much-loved Piña 2025, a signature dessert that promises to leave a lasting impression. This limited-edition menu is available for one week only, making it a must-experience for culinary explorers and loyal Amazónico fans alike.

World Class Mixology

Raising the bar—quite literally—Amazónico Dubai has called in some of the world’s finest mixology talent to mark its fifth anniversary in style. Among the stars of the week is Hanky Panky, the celebrated cocktail bar from Mexico that has consistently ranked among the World’s 50 Best Bars. Their team will bring their signature creativity behind the bar, delivering inventive drinks that push the boundaries of mixology.

On February 7th, the spotlight shifts to Simone Caporale, a legendary name in the cocktail world. Known for his trailblazing work at Artesian and Sips Barcelona, Caporale will curate an exclusive cocktail menu for one night only at Paraíso by Amazónico Rooftop Club. With his knack for outlandish yet refined concoctions, he promises to create an experience that’s as unforgettable as the celebration itself.

Aging Like Fine Wine

With an extraordinary collection of over 930 labels curated by a team of expert sommeliers, Amazónico Dubai has long been a haven for grape connoisseurs. For its anniversary week, the venue partners with the legendary Bodegas Vega Sicilia, a Spanish winery renowned since 1864 for producing some of the world’s most prized bottles. The week begins with an intimate wine-pairing dinner on February 4th, featuring a six-course menu curated to complement the winery’s exceptional offerings. Hosted by Vega Sicilia’s CEO, Paolo Alvarez, this exclusive event is limited to just 10 guests. Prices for this exclusive tasting experience is from AED2,800 per seat.

For the past five years, Amazónico has redefined Dubai’s dining and nightlife scene with its unmistakable energy and creativity. This anniversary celebration promises to raise the bar even higher. From boundary-pushing cuisine to unforgettable entertainment, it’s a week-long party that captures everything Amazónico stands for.
