Guests can look forward to dishes that arrive steaming and fragrant, straight off the griddle each one a vibrant showcase of flavors and textures. The line-up includes Szechuan Hot Garlic Tofu or Paneer, Vegetable Manchurian, Lamb with Thyme, Black Pepper Prawns, Chicken with Dry Chilli, and Mongolian Chicken, all prepared with China Bistro’s signature flair.

The “Sizzler Chronicles” menu is available all day, every day, across China Bistro’s Dubai locations Dubai Silicon Oasis, Discovery Gardens, Business Bay, Al Karama, Studio City, and Al Barsha as well as in Sharjah at Abu Shagara.
