Pearlshire Launches Bond Living in Dubailand (DLRC) — A Boutique Residential Address Shaped by the Art of Everyday

Dubai, UAE – January 2026

Pearlshire Development has officially launched Bond Living, a boutique mid-rise residential project in Dubailand (DLRC), introducing a more considered expression of urban living — one shaped by hospitality thinking and guided by the art of everyday life.

Designed for people who value calm routines, well-planned homes, and long-term comfort, Bond Living reflects Pearlshire’s belief that true quality is found not in spectacle, but in how a home supports daily life. The project is now open for public sales, following early interest from select buyers and brokers.

“Architecture may catch your eye, but hospitality shapes your everyday life,” says Farrukh A. Bagasra, Founder of Pearlshire Development. “Bond Living is designed around the moments that repeat every day — arriving home, moving through space, slowing down, and feeling at ease. That is where the art of everyday truly lives.”

The Art of Everyday Living

At the heart of Bond Living is Pearlshire’s philosophy of The Art of Everyday — the belief that homes should quietly elevate daily routines rather than perform for occasional admiration.

With just 94 residences in a low-density G+11 configuration, Bond Living is intentionally boutique in scale. Interiors are shaped with hospitality-led thinking, where proportions feel balanced, movement feels intuitive, and comfort becomes the baseline rather than an upgrade.

From warm European finishes and smart home readiness to spa-inspired bathrooms and fully integrated kitchens, every element is designed to feel natural, usable, and enduring.

Designed from the Inside Out

Bond Living prioritises how spaces are experienced rather than how they are marketed. Floor-to-ceiling glass openings extend living areas onto private balconies, allowing light and flow to become part of everyday living. Smart home features integrate seamlessly into the background, supporting routines without demanding attention.

“What happens after you walk in matters more than what you see from outside,” adds Bagasra. “The facade is a moment. How you live inside is the legacy.”

Amenities That Support Daily Life

The rooftop at Bond Living is curated as an extension of everyday wellbeing, featuring an infinity pool, outdoor yoga and meditation deck, jogging track, outdoor cinema, and social barbecue spaces. These amenities are designed not for display, but for regular use — encouraging rhythm, balance, and ease.

“At Bond Living, service isn’t an amenity — it’s the mindset behind every decision,” Bagasra notes.

A Location Chosen for Balance

Located within Dubailand (DLRC), Bond Living offers strong connectivity while maintaining distance from high-density congestion. The project is minutes from the upcoming Metro Blue Line, Emirates Road, major retail destinations, schools, and leisure hubs — making it well-suited for residents planning long-term living.

Part of the Bond Series

Bond Living is part of Pearlshire’s Bond Series, a signature design approach defined by emotion-led planning, fluid architecture, warm materials, and everyday comfort. Each Bond Series project balances a composed exterior with interiors shaped for real life.

Following Bond Enclave in Arjan, Bond Living continues Pearlshire’s commitment to boutique-scale residential projects that prioritise lived experience over visual theatrics.

Looking Ahead

Established in 2013 with roots in luxury hospitality, Pearlshire Development continues to bring a service-led mindset into residential real estate — shaping homes where life feels intuitive, calm, and considered.

Bond Living is currently launched and open for public sales, with completion scheduled for Q4 2027.
